Shiseido Malaysia Sdn Bhd was formed on 1st October 2005, a joint venture company between Shiseido Co Ltd(Japan) and Warisan TC Holdings.

At Shiseido, we hold a traditional Japanese Hospitality concept."omotnashi", a service concept which no simple translation exists. Through this concept, we practice thoughtfulness, dedication to other's need meticulous attention regardless of in the office or out at the counters. Here at Shiseido, we value each and everyone equally, providing the best hospitality and giving them the highest quality of products, services and high portrayal of image.

At present, there are six main brands under the Shiseido Malaysia umbrella. The brands are Shiseido, Ettusais, Za, Majolica ajorca, Cle de peau BEAUTE and Shiseido Professional. In the coming years, Shiseido also plans to aggressively develop its brands drawing on the overall  strengths of the Shiseido Group.
